A software developer /architect by trade, Martin joined the club in 2016 conveniently around the same time he started on a restoration project to convert a TD Gemini into a race car to participate in track and hill climb events. He actively participates in hill climb with Jeremy Thomas using his purple TX. He’s hoping having his own car to thrash around will remove those bonus seconds on his time because it’s not his to break!

First Produced?

The original Holden Gemini model, the TX series, was introduced in February 1975. It was available as a four-door sedan in S and SL specification levels, and as a two-door SL coupe.
Where were Gemini's first built?

The TX Gemini was built at Holden's factory at Acacia Ridge, Queensland and contained a high percentage of Australian content.
Why does a chicken Coop have 2 doors?

Because if it had four doors it would be a chicken sedan!!
